All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

I had high hopes, but my stay fell flat. The unkempt bathroom and a broken toilet were huge disappointments. Plus, the heating system barely worked, leaving me chilly. Staff were polite, but the cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. Not worth a return visit!

The location was really convenient, only about 10 minutes from downtown. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the warm welcome from the front desk staff, who even provided complimentary snacks for rewards members. The room was relatively quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. However, the breakfast options felt a bit lackluster. the standard scrambled eggs and sausage were available but could use a boost in variety. Housekeeping could have been better, with areas in the room and bathroom needing more attention, such as the corners and behind the door. Overall, there were nice touches, but the cleanliness and breakfast quality need improvement.

My stay was riddled with disappointments. The pool was under maintenance, and the staff at the alternative hotel were unwelcoming. Additionally, the television in our room was practically useless with only a few channels working, which left us frustrated and unable to enjoy our downtime.

The kids really liked the breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruit. We were glad to see that there were plenty of options to keep everyone happy in the morning.

My wife says that the parking situation was troubling for a family. It would be great if they had more spaces available.

The staff was fantastic, especially Sheila, who was friendly and energetic while helping us at breakfast. The hotel offered a hot breakfast with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausages, and fresh fruit. The location was great, with numerous restaurants like Denny's and Outback Steakhouse just a short walk away.

The Queen Room felt pretty spacious, which was nice, but there were a few bugs and hairs that made it hard to relax. The beds were comfy, and the decor seemed modern, but I ended up noticing yellow stains on the sheets. The bathroom was also not cleaned well, with a used toilet upon arrival. Overall, it was a decent space, but cleanliness really needs improvement.
